Privacy Policy
Our commitment to confidentiality, transparent athlete communications, and lean data retention.
1. Zero Account Tracking
ArmsXchange does not require user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles to browse our equipment catalogue. When you reach out via WhatsApp or phone, you interact directly through standard encrypted communication channels.
2. Direct Concierge & WhatsApp Communications
Any details you choose to share in WhatsApp communications (such as your shooting academy, state association affiliation, or equipment preferences) are used solely to assist you with equipment selection and technical verification. We never sell, rent, or share athlete data with third-party telemarketers.
3. Athlete Credentials & Identity Verification
Where shooter credentials (NRAI ID, state affiliation) are verified for statutory compliance or GST relief, documents are handled strictly in confidence between platform team and athlete and are never stored in any public web-accessible database.
4. Privacy Inquiries
For any privacy questions, contact founder Pranatpal Singh directly via WhatsApp or phone at +91 63924 21574.
